EXOTIC LUXURIES offers hair extensions, wigs, hair products, and digital products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
EXOTIC LUXURIES reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to accurately display our products, including hair textures, lengths, colors, lace types, and other product details.
Because hair is a natural product, slight variations in color, texture, density, and appearance may occur. Product images may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase. This includes confirming the correct product, length, texture, lace type, quantity, shipping address, and any other selected options.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
EXOTIC LUXURIES reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or other circumstances affecting the order.
4. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXOTIC LUXURIES DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order has been placed, customers cannot request a refund or exchange because they changed their mind
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact EXOTIC LUXURIES so the situation can be reviewed. Any resolution will be handled at the sole discretion of EXOTIC LUXURIES and in accordance with applicable law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refunds or Exchanges policy.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact EXOTIC LUXURIES as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been submitted to a vendor for fulfillment, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
EXOTIC LUXURIES is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check the delivery location.
7. HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE
Hair extensions and wigs require proper care and maintenance.
EXOTIC LUXURIES is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemical treatments, coloring, bleaching, improper washing, improper brushing, sleeping with wet hair, or failure to properly maintain the hair.
Customers are responsible for properly caring for their purchased hair or wig.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, shared, or used commercially without written permission from EXOTIC LUXURIES.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the EXOTIC LUXURIES website, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, digital products, designs, branding, and other materials, belongs to EXOTIC LUXURIES or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS & CHARGEBACKS
Fraudulent orders, unauthorized payment claims, false refund claims, and fraudulent chargebacks may be investigated.
If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving an order without first attempting to resolve the issue with EXOTIC LUXURIES, we may provide relevant order information, tracking information, communications, and other documentation to the payment processor or financial institution.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, interfere with, or disrupt our website, business, or services.
